How 'bout them Warriors?

Thursday night:  a postponed game with Big Rivers conference leader Hudson, whose students  were off school Tuesday due to the extreme cold...
The rink was cold, the ice was hard and the puck bouncing as the two teams took a 2-2 score into overtime... until somebody was in the right place at the right time with less than a minute left, and slammed home the rebound served up 10 or so feet out, billowing but for an instant, the back of the net.

Then, the next night,
they travel to Chequamegon/Phillips and maintain a 4-3 lead throughout the 3rd period, even picking up an empty netter in the final minutes.

Amazing what a shot of confidence, and a bit of self belief, can do.
