I had high hopes for you. How could you not have drawn the line, said here's where I take my stand, and if I lose my election, that's nothing, I want my integrity?

It's hard to be critical of the women pundits, because of political correctness and all that, but...
Kathleen Parker recently reported falling down a staircase and suffering a head injury.  She came clean about why you might notice changes in her writing, inconsistencies in her weekly summaries of the news...
Susan Estrich also suffered from a bout of poor health recently, and medical complications on top of that, despite her working 3 or more jobs and having the best health insurance in the world, that the rest of us were not nearly as lucky to have, as she repeatedly wrote in her column, before the illnesses and complications kicked in ...  So she too gets a pass for the odd inconsistencies in her written work of late.
But state-school law professor Althouse?  
Expecting integrity from Rahm Emanuel?   I don't think that word is in the man's vocabulary list.  By choice.  He's kissenger-like:  pragmatic in surrendering anything moral in pursuit of his ultimate ends.  The city as it is proves his actions out.
It's sad to see such mental decline in our older folks, especially women tasked with being the marketplace voices of reason and professionalism.   Suckers for snake oil, they are...
