Honest Question.
Instead of an old Protestant church with some ties to old American history, let's say that had been a synagogue, or mosque, damaged by the rioters -- not the peaceful protestors of George Floyd's death; it's important not to confuse or blend the two separate behaviors.
Had a synagogue been damaged, and a nation's symbols of strength displayed in fine arts in a public park been damaged, as was seen in the shots when President Trump and his people marched through after it had been reopened safely...
Would you object to a president making a symbolic show of standing strong to demonstrate that Still We Rise, above the deliberately inflicted damage to an American House of Worship? That we might not share your beliefs, but we damn sure will come together in a show of force to protect citizens, their freedoms to worship in places of their choice, in this America still today?
Answer honestly please.
Not a church burned, but a "minority" faith targeted.
One you don't personally even give a whit about.
We want to come together still and protect and fight for principles like that, or have our Greatest Generation principles all died and been buried, forgotten even though some of the old symbolic monuments remain standing?
Still see President Trump as an evil hypocritical one?
