Black Lawyers Matter.
Ilya Shapiro isn't given the floor at UC-Hastings he thought he had.
Using peaceful tactics, and their words, the future of the profession shut the bigot down...
The event, titled “The Battle Over Justice Breyer’s Seat,” was set to feature a debate between Shapiro and progressive UC Hastings professor Rory Little. Shapiro remains on leave from Georgetown over his January tweet criticizing President Biden’s vow to nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court; he had argued that Sri Srinivasan, an Indian-American judge, would have been the best pick but “we’ll get [a] lesser black woman” because Srinivasan doesn’t meet the racial criteria. Shapiro apologized for the phrasing.
Do you see them now? Excellent use of their First Amendment words to control the dialogue that has been in the media's hands, and thus little men like Mr. Shapiro, for much too long.
He's said enough already. Georgetown needs to recognize the ineffectiveness of this man's advocacy in the future, and cut him loose to work at a conservative thinktank, where he belongs.
His values don't represent Georgetown Law. Why give him a penny more for his "work" setting the school back? Words have consequences, for the "non lessers" amongst us too.

Ilya Shapiro’s Voice Was The Lesser One After Being Drowned Out Mid-Presentation At This Law School
Is this what the ACLU means by fighting speech with speech?
Say what you want to sayHonestlyand let the words fall outHonestlyI wanna see you be FREE !

In the end, Mr. Shapiro stood silent, his face masked in a large white covering, while he remained mute.
Ineffective.
"Closing time... you don't have to go home but you can't ... stay... here..."
