Only then did the cops start checking local surveillance tapes...

It's the women, it's the underrated women society needs.  Not wars, not guns, not dominant cabals.  Smart independent women.  No wonder we're the ones dying and being killed off and dismissed.  We're the threat to the MenInPower with the money and the organizations and the muscles for brains.

Sometimes just living independently day to day, and making smart decisions about the lives of others (including animals:  there's a reason they slaughter them BEFORE winter hits... some people are too stupid to understand the lives of others, and pat themselves on the back for "caring" for creatures they are too ignorant to raise really...), is the greatest of life's victories.
