They really don't understand. The House hasn't been "functioning" for us for years...

 Naming a new Speaker won't change a damn thing.  And they gave their "help" pay raises this year, generous generous pay raises for... what?  Something is gonna give, and the working taxpayers have given enough!

As the drama continues over choosing a speaker, the country has no functional House of Representatives.
