Jordan Neely wasn't Just Placed in a Chokehold

 The former Marine wrapped himself Anaconda-like around Mr. Neely's body, while two onlookers held him down as he flailed in the final minutes of his life.  See for yourself.  This was a murder. in real time.  Caught on tape.  There's no self-defense here.  The little guy who allegedly did not physically threaten anyone on the train, did not have a chance once he was down and pinned like that.
