The Shylock Strategy.

 Israel has suffered crimes. It is permitted to take its justified pound of flesh.

The bitch of it is:  they have to extract the flesh from the guilty, and not harm a hair on the heads of the innocent...

In court at Venice, Shylock demands that the terms of his bond be fulfilled. Portia enters as a doctor of laws, with a letter of introduction from Dr. Bellario. She saves Antonio by determining that the bond allows Shylock no more than a pound of Antonio's flesh and not a drop of his blood.

Ready?  Go.  Take your revenge, create your justice, all without harming the innocent.  For if you so much as take the life of one uninvolved child or woman or elderly person, you have forfeited your right to justice yourself...
