America will deliver a "No Confidence" vote in November. It can't come soon enough. You can't honetly read that article/interview and take our American leader seriously anymore.  I don't delight in the debate to come --  this isn't a game -- but no way can they prep Biden for a debate the way they did the State of the Union speech earlier this year...

You can't hide the lack of executive leadership in America anymore.
