Yesterday's Protests = Cory Booker's Long Speech*

Venting, letting off steam, but ultimately ineffective.

Why not push the US Congress -- the branch representative of the People -- to create a workable immigration policy for the nation?

ADDED:  Didn't the people learn anything about how ineffective these mass protests are from the "Abortion Fight"? You have to do the work in the places of power.  That's not on the streets.  That is inside the places of power.

We have people in there:  people allegedly representing voters.  If your own representatives will not address the economic inequality, unchecked immigration, endless war spending... it's all for naught.  Sure, get outside on a Spring Saturday, stretch your legs, test your vocal cords, wave your signs, but...

protesting on the streets is just something for old boomers to relive the civil rights glory days of their youth in 1960s.  Those street protests were accompanies by so much more.  That's how #Change is created.  Not just by rallying outside of the ballot box.  Hth.  Good luck.

* Not one news report I saw excerpted anything relevant he spent all those hours talking about... Did he read Dr. Seuss, akin to Ted Cruz?  Did he lay out an effective plan to combat our housing needs, feed the war refugees taking shelter here, address the needs of newcomers being exploited as low-paid labor?

Everyone just wondered if he wore diapers, or didn't take a bathroom break during all that speechifying.  #DoTheRealWork  #Don'tJustProtestShowABetterWay

He did not read the encyclopedia, as Strom Thurmond did.
He did not read Dr. Seuss, as MAGA enthusiast and ugly wife-haver Rafael Cruz did.
Everyone is not as concerned about his urination habits as you are, but I suspect a catheter was involved. Maybe he discussed that at length, but you weren't listening just then?
Anyway, sorry you did not enjoy the show, but chin up, it will be time to sell cars again soon enough at Elonathon's White House Auto Emporium!

Why are people protesting < nonbinary bloggers?
What do blogs accomplish? Do they make eggs cheaper? Do they reduce the need for foreign fossil fuels? Do they hashtag sufficiently? Drive traffic? Provide income? Or is this just your opinion, man?
