The Morning After.

One of the nicest things about being a morning person, in summer, is that you can get so much done from twilight to early morning, look at the clock, and it's just 7:30 in the morning!

Plus, with others sleeping in, you can get the weekend errands -- Farmer's Market, berry picking, laundry even -- out of the way before the summer traffic and crowds get out there. It's quiet.

(I wonder how long it takes before people start to voluntarily disconnect from their portable devices and rediscover the natural world around them? Soon enough, I suspect, there will be a desire to ... slow down. Tune in. Turn on. Settle for less perhaps. And discover... it's more, in the end.)

Wishing you a wonderful rest of the weekend.
Eat, sleep, love, pray: all in freedom's name.
