Change is Coming...

The football team -- in refusing to play the game that brings in the money for these universities -- has effectively leveraged their power, and forced the resignation of the university president in Missouri.

I'd like to see the football players at Wisconsin and Tennessee, say, refuse to bring in any more money to the university until professors like Ann Althouse, and Glenn Reynolds, are forced to choose between their academic committments on campus, and the conservative bile they spew daily in their "other" jobs: playing political pundits on the internets.

The power dynamic has shifted:
the professors aren't bringing the dollars in through the front-doors, not when their product -- legal education -- is currently of so little value in the marketplace, as evidenced by unemployed lawyers they are churning out...

CHANGE indeed is coming,
and next: it is coming for you!
