Calling the Game in the 2nd Period*...
Never Smart.
(It's a bit like eulogizing someone, before they have passed.
Bernie Sanders is still very much alive, because his ideas live and his campaign continues...)
Life After BernieThe Washington press should not be so eager to hand the race to Hillary, while the races are still being run; the votes still uncounted, still to be cast...
By EMMA ROLLER
Die-hard Sanders fans come to terms with the end of the road.
Personally, I think it is healthy to hear the voices of competitors, and to have so many people throughout the country weighing in on our lack of political leadership.
Even California votes matter this year! Represent.
Why are so many in the media afraid of competion, and eager to fix the results? Is this how they have been taught to progress? Not to compete? Everyone gets a trophy and the scores don't determine the final outcome?
Sorry, but the kids today know better.
They have ideals, and ideas, too.
Will Sanders Go Gentle?Trust Me:
By ARTHUR C. BROOKS and GAIL COLLINS
Gail Collins and Arthur C. Brooks talk about politics by way of Dylan Thomas and Jane Austen.
For better for worse, they're not reading Dylan Thomas and Jane Austen anymore. Not in California especially... Diversity and all.
Deal with it.
