Black Runners -- Rest Easy.

As I mentioned earlier, the media narrative that the black man killed in Satilla Shores, Georgia was just out jogging in work boots on the Sunday he was killed, has been put to rest.  Surveillance cameras show the victim was trespassing immediately before the McMichael men took up guns and pursued him, which confirms their account.
.
MEDIA CORRECTION:  The men charged with murder were NOT out gunning down black runners and joggers.  This is not a hate crime.  Don't listen to the fear mongering. Keep up your daily exercise routines and do not alter them out of fear of white people.

The men who murdered the black man will no doubt claim that they had no intention to kill him, but that he charged at a man holding  a shotgun and went for the gun.  The first shot allegedly went through the victim's hand.

The issue at hand never should have focused on whether the man was out running "innocently", or trespassing in a neighborhood not his own -- not a criminal act.

The issue is:  other Americans do not get to take up guns to pursue and question anyone who they suspect is trespassing in their neighborhood.

It has nothing to do with a fear or hatred of black joggers at all.  Fear mongering at its best by the news media, who will then turn around and wonder why black people do not get out and exercise and suffer higher obesity rates and poorer health than whites.  I wonder whose side they are really on...
