Did McAuliffe and Team Blue* Concede Already?

If not, he should... he really should.

Game-playing and trickery is not going to work with this election with everyone on high alert for voter fraud and wanting to make sure all the votes are counted, no matter who cast them.  No special skin-color rules at the ballot box about giving "extra points" to help give added weight to this ballot cast or that...

In America, justice is blind and our elections are free and fair.  In this we trust.
