Moral of the Story?

Don't "punish" your fantasy football "loser" buddy by sending him up to Fargo in the middle of winter, coatless in freezing temps....

He might just befriend a kindly high school English teacher on the plane -- who has many friends himself -- and they could end up making the "poor" young guy the toast of the town for the his 36 hours in exile from South Carolina...
Dropping the ceremonial puck at a hockey game, taking in a UND Fargo basketball game with the Bison, drinking with the boys...
They even invited his fantasy league teammates up to tailgate at a college game next year.

"I have had a blast. I met some new friends on the airplane here and they said, 'Hey why don't you come to the game?' I didn't know these guys. But they're so nice. And here we are. It's been an awesome day."

"It's been a blast. I can tell you, it's not a punishment. It's been fun," Collins Moe said. "If I lose again next year, I am going to push for them to make me come out here again. It's been so fun. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Over the top nice. It's been a great time."  "

"I would hope that if anyone comes to visit Charleston, South Carolina, we're as nice as everyone has been here."
