Added:  Mal went from being a Telly fan to fancying himself The Rock after he lost the hair the second time around.  Point is: You don't get to lash out just because you have alopecia, anymore than you would get to play the "cancer victim" card even if you had a serious illness.  

We should end this downward descent into the victimhood competition soon.  Winners are losers, really.  Wannabes.  The real people who survive pain don't put it on for show, I don't think.  Bad branding.
