The world appears to have lost faith in America's global military leadership after Joe Biden's latest visit to Europe, telling countries there to prepare for food shortages, and a multi-years war defending Ukraine.  Zelensky appears to have voted "no confidence" in America's plan to protect his civilians and what remains of his country:
