Surrender Donbas and Crimea, which are already lost... Lose the NATO dreams.

 That's an opening offer Zelensky could make towards getting Putin's troops out of what remains of Ukraine.  I think, it's the same deal the Russians were offering during the military buildup, when the deaths and invasion and horrific destruction from above might have been averted.

Now, they're just playing for rubble in many places.

And counting on the American and European "rebuilding" dollars to create a better life for those who remain behind (and for those who have fled for new opportunities in the West.)
