Overwhelmed. *bump*

 Too much detail here for me to process: looks like a grad cap; balloons in an alleyway dumpster (only in America would people throw balloons away...);
a 2-year-degree; Republic services; the star... and some clean trash buffering the balloons. Orange safety cone for good measure. Very symmetrical.

What does it all mean? heh. I don't know.  Overwhelmed by the detail. Nice shot, Ryan. Good "capture".

ADDED: "The Party's Over," he captioned it. For good measure, I guess.  They've blown through the recovery funds up there, and now find themselves in trouble with a half-built highways shop and escalating (big time!) construction cost... and winter coming.

(Two teenage girls were killed after the vehicle they were riding in went off road in dry weather in the past weeks; lives count on decent roads/traffic safety enforcement up there.  Young man driving has been charged.)

Life in a Northern Town.

--------------

* Click the link.  The witness to the accident is the man who sold me my red HHR up there, years ago.  Still running!  He makes an impassioned plea to drivers, after he and his wife have seen the emergency helicopter land in the field across from their home too often to pick up accident victims and transport them out.  Good man. (it comes across, fit too. He sounds like Obama!)

SADLY:  It's pretty common in rural-ish areas to know the elevated roadways, where -- for small-town excitement-- drivers, kids especially, will speed up and jump the car to "get big air". Momentary excitement. It's often deadly.  If you can't fix the drivers, you have to eliminate the temptations in the roadways.  Flatten em out and make em safer.  That takes... infrastructure funds, planning and a lot of deaths/accidents to do the convincing.
