 The charges against Alec Baldwin and the Rust production are pretty damning.  So many fears about unsafety on the set -- and the cold negotiation for "safety" pay and lack of adherence to industry standards --  were documented in writing before the fatal day Halyna Hutchins was killed...

I don't think he's going to be a free man forever.  Something about: one of the charges carries a 5-year mandatory prison term upon conviction with a firearm enhancement...  

I read over that part quickly, more interested with the day-to-day recording of the safety problems, but I'm pretty sure, it's buried in there.  Well worth a read of what happens in shorthanded workplaces operating... on the fly.
