Joe Biden is not going to get re-elected easily.

We know that going in, right?

Cornel West, Progressive Scholar, Announces Third-Party Bid for President

Mr. West said he would run as part of the People’s Party, which was founded by a former campaign staff member for Senator Bernie Sanders.

All the wealthy gay people like Frank Bruni, on record as preferring Ron DeSantis leadership over President Trump or another viable candidate, are selling out.

They never really fought for gay rights in the first place, ingratiating themselves with their family wealth into a cozy situation even while others were denied their civil rights.

Can you believe?  Frank rode a Food Reviewer job into a NYT columnist slot (because he was gay) and then worked that into a Duke journalism professorship (because he risked losing his eyesight, and even got a book out of that fear...)

Today?  Why, he's a professor of public policy.  At conservative Duke U.  On record as supporting the DeSantis campaign. (and moonlighting still for the NYT as a weekly newsletter curator.)

It's cute.  There's nothing there, but a charming gay man who knows how to... work it. work it.  Frank's in the twilight of his career tho, like an aging professor enjoying the coeds on campus but contributing little in terms of intellectual leadership.  He's a TradMan for DeSantis, who happens to be gay.  He's not in this fight to win it, because he's already won.
