 I wonder... if the military planners who envision "taking out" Vladimir Putin are not so concerned about retribution here at home.  Would they intentionally sacrifice up Joe Biden, or proceed with their plans because they see Joe would be a collaterol loss if they are playing "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth?

America has proven in the past -- in this deadly century -- that we believe assassinating foreign leaders is fair game.  God forbid it come home to us here.
