Thursday was a pleasant spring-like day on the 7th of December. That warmth is still with us this morning with temperatures starting off mostly above freezing in the mid-30s.
Our Friday is mostly cloudy and breezy with a southeast wind shifting out of the southwest around 15 mph. Highs range from upper 30s to mid-40s.
Seasonably cool air returns to the region over the weekend behind a cold front that will also bring scattered snow showers and a blustery northwest wind.
Widespread snow and wintry mix showers will sweep northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin through the day Saturday.
Saturday night will see lake effect chances linger along the South Shore before another dry stretch begins on Sunday...
