Don't Make Me Hope He Gets Confirmed...

 Military man turned journalist and law professor David French is NOT surprised by Matt Gaetz' nomination and even has him confirmed already.  Not so fast, David, not so fast.  Hold up on your "I told ya so!" and fear mongering.

Gaetz’s nomination is particularly dreadful. He isn’t just the least-qualified attorney general in American history (he barely practiced law before running for elected office and has served mainly as a MAGA gadfly in Congress), he’s also remarkably dishonest and depraved.

"If French is against him, I'm for him!"  I hardly think French's JAG experience qualified him to judge other men, but if French is clutching his pearls and "dreading", then maybe Trump knows what he's doing afterall.  Gaetz won't get confirmed, but he's got pearl-clutchers dreading tonight instead of the typical self back-patting by military warriors like French...

And that's good enough for me.
