Defend Yourself.

Nevermind dropping the charges.
If he's "innocent", then I'd like to see the rich guy take the stand in his own defense, and explain how ... consensually ... his semen ended up in the presence of the poor, black, HIV+ "chambermaid" in his fancy hotel.

Did he think she was included in the room service costs? Did he get turned on sexually by the image of her doing his work, and then spend a few minutes with his French charm "seducing" her into getting him off?

Do tell. Sure, let him take the stand in his own defense, and "explain" that no, he's not guilty of rape. "This is how it went down... this is the man I am, and these are the sexual choices I make. This is who/what arouses me, and how I get off."

Let him explain if any money changed hands, if he tipped well for the extra services received. Heck, even in NYC, outright prostitution is illegal to participate in, right? *wink, wink*

Hey, if it was good enough for Anthony Weiner, when the white women were seen as full and complete victims, how come we don't get to have a day in court when the black HIV+ maid makes her accusations -- and presumably without Breitbart money to fuel the "unconsensual" charges either?

This is going to leave a bad taste in a lot of mouths, if we don't hear from the rich man himself, exactly how his semen ended up where it did that day. Even if he "wins", he loses.

Poor man.
