You've planted your flag on a false hill there.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: Had the United States not intervened by pumping weapons into the rebel forces and supporting them with airstrikes, the Syrian Army would have put down any resistance long ago. That would have been better overall -- less painful -- to the people of the region. We're only prolonging their pain, putting people on the run, and flooding their country with the weapons we abhor here at home.

Realistically, sometimes you can't make winners out of losers, and you do more harm than good in backing a losing side in the long run. Hillary doesn't know how to win. And she does herself a disservice clinging to Henry Kissinger's skirts, at this late date.
