Oh Say Does That Star-Spangled Banner Yet Wave?  (Yes It Does!)
o'er the land of the free, and the home of the brave?

Sins and all, this is still the best country on the face of the Earth.
Kneel if you must, but do not begrudge those of us who will continue standing proudly, hand over our heart, for our national anthem.  The lyrics are beautiful too. If you are of immigrant stock, and you understand that life is not easy and the good things are worth fighting for, you stay on your feet, always, and work for change.  (Emphasis on "work".) Stay on your knees and be ashamed and complain, but again -- do not begrudge those of us who will sing even more loudly and proudly if we ever stand beside you again at public events for our national anthem.
