“Generic post zombie formalism illustration”

 The reviews of attorney-turned-artist Hunter Biden's upscale paintings are in, including from the man who wrote the book, "How to Be An Artist."   Given Hunter's shady past, and the pass his father got examining his previous business dealings overseas with the son pre-election and beyond, you'd think the boy'd be encouraged to lay low, maintain no public profile...

Instead, art for sale!  And it's not even good art, critics say....

Scott Indrisek, a former editor in chief of Modern Painters magazine and a former deputy editor at Artsy, said: “I would call it very much a hotel art aesthetic. It’s the most anonymous art I can imagine. It’s somewhere between a screen saver and if you just Googled ‘midcentury abstraction’ and mashed up whatever came up.”

Indrisek added, “If he wanted to be judged on your work alone, he’d show them under the name Hunter Wilson or something.” ...

Marc Straus, who for the past decade has owned a gallery on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, said that among high-end art dealers, “nobody would ever start at these prices” for someone who has no professional training and has never sold art on the commercial market.

“There has to be a résumé that reasonably supports when you get that high,” Straus said. “To me, it’s pure ‘how good is it and what’s this artist’s potential, what’s the résumé?’ On that basis, it would be an entirely different price. But you give it a name like Hunter Biden, maybe they’ll get the price.”

White privilege, white legacy... this is it, friends.  If the new Dem Party really wants to enforce its newfound values, this Hunter Biden nonsense has to end.  John Wayne Gacy, George W. Bush... it's a lucrative field, sure, celebrity painting.  But at some point, if you want to be taken seriously and have any sense of ethics, somebody has to tell this kid to stop cashing in already.

 Clearly, his dad has no truck with him and the influential ethical brother is dead.  Shame if nobody within the New Dem Party realizes what a political landmine waiting to go off this kid is...  Just because you survived pre-election with the compliant mainstream media before does not mean the Hunter stories are not leaking out and disgusting people who are wary that the "Change!" or "reform" party actions belie the words being spoken...

Like overpriced, crap artwork that only depicts addict reality by a presidential son and con.  That's not the type of artwork the New Dem party needs or can feed the country on...

Somebody tell Joe that? 

Biden’s parents have not commented on his painting, although Jill Biden has some of his art on display in her office.  Asked what his father thinks of his art, Hunter Biden told Artnet, “My dad loves everything that I do, and so I’ll leave it at that.”
