The Old Man and the Sea

 All these advance "leaks" from the Trump book by Wall Street Journal reporter Michael Bender remind me of the old man pulling his big catch back to shore, only to watch it skeletonized by predators who tear off fleshy chunks en route to publication date.

If we've already read the juiciest bits -- and the denials by Team Trump of the unsourced stories -- will people and libraries invest in purchasing copies?  Or is the market flooded with Trump books?

I don't know. I just keep thinking of the old captain towing his big catch in and watching it disappear before his eyes.
