What Happens in Cali, Eventually Happens Nationwide...

First Brianna Kupfer (killed Jan. 13) (and Tioni Theus, 16, killed Jan. 6) now this:  Follow-home attacks by street gangs... a lot of them, in the past 48 hours allegedly.

The lady on the video is lucky, and smart!  She was able to roll off the hood of the car that hit her, and had the presence of mind to remove her watch and throw it far from her, so they would go for the valuable ... and leave her alone.

In DC meanwhile, dogs are being stolen at gunpoint.  Not one... these are apparently planned attacks.  Keep your guard up, stay in shape and alert, and be aware what is happening in our shared country today.   I'm scared and not afraid to admit it.

(I haven't watched TV news in months -- except the two days I was in the hospital for surgery on Feb. 23, when Russia invaded Ukraine -- are you all aware of these incidents of late, and I am the naive one not watching national news.  Just... WOW.  Organized attacks here.  More brazen than the mentally-ill one-off attacks.  Is it the war, the weather?, making people lose control??)
