America, America... This Is You.

 I don't care if he Chris Rock'd it out and finished his work session as a professional shooting basketballs, but Jordan Poole was assaulted here -- twice -- by Draymond Green in his San Francisco workplace.  Just because they play on the same team, and get paid by the same boss, and the smaller man... walked it off and didn't complain about the assault, we've seen what happened. 

TMZ obtained the leaked tape.

That was a fucking assault, and don't tell me that second hit did not land, no harm, no foul.

It's Chris Rock - Will Smith all over ago.  Look away?  Refuse to watch the video?  Do nothing because these guys are above it all, and nobody's complaining on Poole's behalf?  No, that's not right, and the employer should know that.  

What will happen next?  #JusticeForAllEvenTheSmallerOnes

Warriors GM Bob Myers seemed to minimize the incident later, saying, "These things happen. Nobody likes it. We don't condone it, but it happens." He goes on to say, "Draymond apologized to the team. Jordan was there in the room ... as far as any suspension, punishment, fine, we will handle that internally."

No, sir.  Learn from the soccer scandal.  You can't treat your players/entertainers as animals.  If they get assaulted in your workplace, you have to address that.

Or else, YOU ARE AN ASSHOLE BOSS, sir and the whole world is on notice what kind of shop you run.  You cannot let employees put their hands on other employees in an American workplace, period.  Doesn't matter who the "players" are, who their Daddy's are, or how much they make.

Enforce the rules, and make the workplaces safe for all.  No special treatment for some identity groups.

Happy Friday, no wonder workers in America continually take it up the ass, there are rules on the books, and there are rules for the workplace.  If only the people writing the rules understood enforcement, and let that happen, one way or another.  No snitchin, or "don't take the law into your own hands, you take em to court!"  

Best thing that could happen is internal discipline that is timely and consistent, and followed up progressively if things escalate.  Neutral enforcement, no playing favorites.  Enforcers with big balls who are intent on ensuring equal treatment.  AND NO ASSHOLE BOSSES in leadership positions snickering at the rules.

America Needs An Attitude Adjustment -- Out with the old Liars and Cynics, Hypocrites
