"We'll Take Montana and Other Fertile Lands"

 to settle the debt America owes, says China.  The CCP has admitted sending the "spy balloon" not for weather tracking purposes, but to assess mid-portions of the country that they would find acceptable for transferring, to cancel the monies America now owes...

Negotiations are beginning. The Chinese are simply evaluating their options, while Washington DC fiddles -- and make no mistake: all options are on the table. (China prefers the lesser-populated American lands to stock and feed their own, and don't want the "built up"/congested and over-settled lands on the East and West Coasts in trade.  They will continue  the current American policy of encouraging war refugees and migrants crossing the southern borders to settle there.)
