It is Never Too Early to Be Thinking about Who Should Lead the US

 as commander-in-chief when/if the next war "breaks out"...

Beware those who worship the military and would install more hawks and conservative religious men into American leadership.

Remember early yesterday when Ukraine was claiming that Russia had launched eight hypersonic missiles and Ukraine had shot them all down? There were three large impacts within the space of two minutes on the location where the Patriot missile battery was deployed, a minute or two after it squirted out $150 million dollars worth of interceptors at them in the space of two minutes.

Now people are saying that their 100% success rate against Russian hypersonics proves that we need not fear nuclear war against Russia, because we are certain to win.

We really can't keep running our country on auto-pilot.  We're not leading anymore.  We're being led. That's not cool when you look at the American issues that need to be addressed here at home for out people.  

Imagine all the money being burned up for war, the peacetime dividends it could be paying here at home.  Instead, we all arm up, crouch in fear...  That's no way to live.  I suspect Americans will reject those who would worship war and continue escalating thinking ourselves untouchable over here.

We're not.  What we put out into the world, will come back to our shores.  Let's choose the high road.  Let's be a civilized people who learn and grow, not hate and kill out of ignorance and fear.  Let's.
