Let's see if it is indeed Constitutional for State Legislatures to deprive children of life-saving medical care, approved of by their parents and team of doctors.  This is the exact opposite issue of the abortion decision(s): Can the State Choose, even if their choices take the lives of (already born) children?

I'm an attorney, and I tend to believe that minors, and trans people, have legal protections under that document too... #NotInMyName  #CivilRightForAll
