I went to bed early...

 so I didn't follow the game. (I almost never watch sports since I don't have cable or tv, and find it more efficient just to follow the highlights online, though often in real time, if I am up...)

UConn lost to Iowa although they were leading for a good part of the game it looks like.  What impresses me this morning?  The Guardian -- long a good place to go for American news, in both police and local crime stories -- is now a good go-to for American sports, including women's teams!

Still, I will never get used to their spellings, which jump out at these eyeballs -- "furore" lol.
