Why is the U.S. Press Underreporting the Pro-Israel Violence on Campus?

The outside agitators fired projectiles into the peaceful student encampment.  They "went in" to attack the people in tents with metal bars, wooden baseball bats, and chemical sprays.  It was all captured -- live -- byt the local LA news reporter on the scene.

They fired fireworks at the student demonstrators.  They hid their full faces under white plastic masks.  They attacked at night and gave beatdowns with metal and wooden rods to any student who dared step outside the encampment.

If the media refuses to be honest about what happened at UCLA on Tuesday night, do you really trust them on any reporting on the Israel-Palestine conflict.  It was the pro-Israel demonstrators that introduced the violence into the student protests.  Why can't that be said?

Americans want no part of funding Israel's destruction and cleanup.  We watch as extremist Jewish settlers who believe God awarded them all the land between the river to the sea break open and spill to the ground aid intended to get into the Palestinian people -- and the hostages...

It is sad that the fight for "greater Israel" means sacrificing the lives of Israeli hostages as well as Palestinian civilians so that the non-independent little country of Israel can survive... Let the diaspora fund their defense.  Americans -- especially those who have had fireworks and chemical gas used against them -- do not support such violence.

That the US media does is to their own detriment too.

More and more US parents are realizing:  the safest campuses today are the ones with low Jewish student populations.  America's survival does not rest on supporting a Jewish homeland.  The state schools in the Midwest where Jewish students are a minority are not seeing the civil unrest like where the Jewish people are more heavily represented.  The American universities in the South are not filled with people flying the Star of David flag or the Palestinian flag but the American flag.

These battles should be done in Congress:  verbal protests of the billions being shipped both to destroy and rebuild foreign countries.  That is ABSURD.  Israel will continue her wicked ways -- with American weapons -- only if Congress continues the absurdity of transferring so many billions to give Israel a blank check. Netanyahu is only empowered when a weak US president gets on his knees to the Israeli cabinet and funds their acts.

You know as well as I do:  if the Israeli people and the diaspora were taking from their own pocket every rocket fired, every building flattened with people inside, that there would be a change in military strategy.  For as much mess made, the IDF is losing the fight.  They are bombing from above; Hamas lies untouched in the tunnels...

It's absurd.  We saw Tuesday on the UCLA campus that the only way the Jewish people know how to fight is with violence. We see the campuses like Northwestern and Brown that negotiated -- awarding more scholarships and professorships to Palestinian persons like the campuses are over-stacked with Holocaust studies and Jewish professors for decades (which is why we are where we're at in higher ed today) criticized.  We see Zionists refusing aid into Palestine, where their hostages are being held -- cutting off their noses to spite their faces, so to speak...

And still they are losing.  Victims of the world for their own actions. We need less old wealth people in Congress bought off by the AIPAC lobby, and more Americans who have the future of their own in mind.  Imagine where the billions being spent in Israel as America militarized and goes first to force here at home, could be spent...

Those claiming the protests are over, I fear, have only displaced them from the college campuses to the public spaces of our country as a whole.  Both Netanyahu and Biden must go.  President Donald Trump is a realist:  for whatever love he holds for Israel, he will put America first.  I think he will be honest with the religious settlers and those pro-Israel extremists caught using gas and fireworks on unarmed people here at home.

Right now, electing Trump is the best way of taking America back again and clearing Congress of those who have entrenched this country into the Middle East troubles.  Biden is weak and ... tone deaf.  He's appearing at a Holocaust celebration of victimhood next week, for an event that occurred in the early middle of the last century, while dragging his feed address the needs here at home: housing, housing, housing.

He prefers to serve his donors, and there is effectively NO representation of young people's interests in the media or politics today, except of the "go along to get along" hand-picked people of the old guard: JD Vance being a key example of the under 50 set.  And all those media/political hires who presumably ticked a diversity box or had a parent in the industry.

How long do you think the American taxpayer will be content to have their tax dollars taken to kill children, then send in aid (half of which likely gets to them, if that) to save their lives? Money that could be spent on public housing here at home?

Good luck this summer to everyone.  Absurdity is real, same as it ever was if you read your Orwell or Heller.  (Maybe keeping your head down reading, and praying, is the way people from non-violent tribes will survive this latest conflagration and live to tell the tale? So glad I am not collecting a paycheck today to participate in the madness. Honestly.  Maybe God does put us where he needs us and takes care of his own?)
