Smart Coach.

Boston's Doc Rivers:
"We've done nothing.  We're playing a heck of a basketball team. So just because we're going to Boston, I told them, we have to play. They're not going to give it to us. We have to go get it."

Credit also, the mindset of the players he's working with...
Consider, Paul Pierce:
"We came in with the right focus. That was key for us."

...Ray Allen:
"Right now, the next game is Game 7."

... Kevin Garnett:
"We stayed with it. We had a rough first quarter, first half. We got our stops and made our run ourselves. And when we had to, we had stops."

and back to Rivers* again:
"We just told our guys, `Hang in there, just hang in there, don't overreact.' The longer we're in the game, the better we'll play."

Call it,
A Prayer for the Living.

Point is, Miami doesn't need to pull this off vs 96 Bulls or even 08 Celtics. Just a proud, well-coached opponent given too much life.

It seems dire now, but if this Heat team can't win 2 straight against an opponent few expected to b here, we all vastly overrated it....
