Here They Come America. R U Ready?

The whole idea was, we taxpayers financed these military wars for 20 years, under the promise of "we will take the fight to them over there, not here." Now, we're importing the Bush-Cheney war refugees here? Because every Afghan who wants to buy his way out and find a new young life in America ike the Vietnmese boat people, whom we now understand are the Hmong? Stupid is as stupid does. Bringing the 20-year war home, because Biden is being bullied? Tell me how many war refugees the interior of the country will be asked to resettle, and where they will stay while the housing infrastructure bill is being passed and before there is room to shelter them alongside the Americans already here? Biden Black voters are going to send him South if he turns out to be like a Barack, letting the lobbyists and foreign policy hawks spend American money on selling out our country further. Make it a great nweekend then, hopefully we can staunch the exodus and keep SOME Afghan men in Afghanistan to protect the (many) remaining women and children as they learn to adapt to their new reality. No area goes further south -- drugwise, crimewise, moralswise -- I've noted in America as those neighborhoods where teh men are gone, and it's just single women raising children themselves. It can be done, but it's hard truly for women in sinugle-mom deserts to raise men. THey don't now how. Luckily, there is often a surviving elder male whose voice gives moral credibility to his territory at home. -------------- In Good News -- Praise the Lord:

George and Laura Bush released a statement late Monday that they would be sponsoring 500 young Afghan refugees for a paintinug therapy class and relocation project on their ranch in Texas USA. The Bushes promise the young men won't be used for brush work, "only in photo ops, if they enjoy that work, like George does", Laura laughed in her gracious Texan way... "We want these brown men to be as welcome here as the Twins were, and now their children. We want them to know America like our Mexican and Centra America friends. We want them to stay with us, and bring their Afghani culture to our meltiung pot here... in the heart of Texas, on Bush ranchero where all are welcome, con dinero.
George Bush stressed that he's "confident that the evacuation efforts will be effective because they are being carried out by the remarkable men and women of the United States Armed Forces, diplomatic corps, and intelligence community." In a message for the American personnel who served in Afghanistan, he added: "We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and will always honor your contributions." Come down and paint with us, vets? The former president said in a statement that he, Laura Bush and the George W. Bush Presidential Center "stand ready as Americans to lend our support and assistance in this time of need" after the Taliban declared victory Monday following its seizure of Kabul.
