If Bill Clinton Didn't Resign, Why Would Cuomo?

 Because 20+ years? It seems oral sex with a junior employee in the office is worse than non-naked non-sexual alleged touchings that the women may, or may not have, communicated their displeasure with.  Under sexual harassment policies, an employee has an obligation to tell the alleged offender immediately to stop, and to communicate openly that the actions should go no further.  Was that done here?  If so, were the physical allegations communicated up the chain, immediately, to supervisors in the office?  If he is not criminally charged with anything, and believes the allegations are false as stated, Gov. Cuomo would be wise not to resign but to ride this out politically.  Oral sex in the office with a subordinate is much worse than this.  ADDED:  Closer to date, both Joe Biden and George HW Bush, Sr. were caught on tape taking liberties with touching women in photo ops and ceremonial presentations.  Nobody told them it was wrong, or unwanted. at the time, they said.  Chew on that.
