"What's Good for the Goose is Always Good for the Gander, eh Sailor?"

A reminder: Jack Morris told my friend, the immensely talented late Washington Post sports columnist Jennifer Frey, “I only talk to women when I’m naked when they’re on top of me or I’m on top of them.” She was an intern at the time, in the clubhouse, doing her job.

No matter whether they mean it or it's just so ingrained that they don't intend maliciousness: it's time to de-platform announcers like Jack Morris and Bob Brenly who say thoughtless stupid racialized shit and thus propagate more thoughtlessness. Hold people to higher standards. twitter.com/SpencerWheeloc…

Oh these silly urealistic lesbians... No sense of logic.  Today, we'd see Jack Morris' comments for what they are worth:  a modest man, uncomfortable in his mental health, with having to be interviewed while naked and changing after a shower, all part of his job, by members of the opposite sex, intimately unknown to him.

I mean, can you just IMAGINE how poor Naomi Osaka would respond, if post shower, she were pressed by sports interviewers of the opposite sex, competing for quotes, who were unwilling to wait outside the lockerroom for that must-get interview?

Turnabout is fair play, and men and women are equals and should be treated in the same manner in the sports profession, right?  Logically, do you see where I'm going with this....?  Either you gals are gonna have to toughen 20somethings like Naomi up FAST, or you're just gonna have to cut Jack some slack.

Your quote of him sounds awful, until you realize what you were asking the (male) athletes to do:  tolerate either hiding in the stall to change, or having to let it all hang loose to give the lockerroom interviews -- not mandatory, but letting in reporters of box sexes while the players were still changing was == in front of male and female journalists.

Don't try to make Mr. Morris look bad unless you're gonna cop to Ms. Osaka being a member of a weaker sex who bursts out in tears -- while fully clothed! -- being asked honest questions about her game day from both female, and yes honey, male reporters.

You're not helping women, lesbian separatists who want special rights for girls/women.  You're not.  Please consider things from a non-lesbian separatist point of view?  Don't any of you have fathers, brothers or (non sperm donated) sons -- men you actually love/d?  Or do you really think cis women are so unequal as to need your... special protections?  ("one girl... one pencil... will change the world!  What the heck ever happened to that, and why is she still wearing a rug on her head if she is so... liberated? Is Malala a lesbian?  Can someone ask her that on a podcast already?  She's a get, now, no?)
