Critical Dam Destroyed on Front Line in Southern Ukraine

Ukraine and Russia blamed each other for the attack on the Russian-held facility, which came a day after U.S. officials said it appeared a Ukrainian counteroffensive had begun. Thousands of residents are evacuating under the threat of flooding.

You know what would be incredible?  Peace in Ukraine by Nov. 2024.

Wouldn't that be amazing if some negotiator could talk sense into both parties, and have them put down their weapons and work this out non violently?

Cuz nobody wins at wars.  The Biggest Losers are the innocents.  and the serious suffering has only just begun... They will tire of it soon enough, I suspect.  The glory myth falls fast.
