What a Big News Day! Not.

 Lolol.  The newspapers took money to front-page an all-black ad on their front pages in Israel today... lolol.  This is too funny.  What a gimmick.  What a payday.  What a country.  lol

An alliance of tech companies — The Hi-Tech Protest — has paid to place a black box across almost the entirety of the newspapers’ front-pages, including the right-wing Israel Hayom. There’s a short sentence at the bottom: “A black day for Israeli democracy.”

* Plus, "this ad paid for by The Hi-Tech Protest" ?

I know, I know.  American journalism is the world standard (or was, before Journolist cracked the foundations...)  But you just pray to god something like that would not fly here, displacing the importance of sharing news in favor of ... gimmicks. 

Honest reporting matters. Never forget.
