If you are a 3M stockholder, particularly if you inherited a great number of shares, please read this.  Nobody begrudges you your money today, but remember that what you were blessed with cost others.

Just... please keep it circulating freely.  Keep money, paper dollars, in your pocket whereever you go, and look for a chance to spend it, honestly.  With cards and digital cash on phones, you don't have the dollars to buy from people directly.  They can't access that.

I'm not talking tipping your upper-middle-class living-at-home barista, or dropping a few dollars into a busker or panhandler's hat.  I am talking freely spending money on things people are selling.  Invest in others the way you were invested in.  Don't wait for a charitable donation writeoff either.
