*  I think personally, instead of coining new labels, I'd rather go back to just being Caucasian rather than "white".  That's just a skin color, like you could call me "blue" for my eye color, or "dirty dishwater blonde" for my hair coloring...  I wonder if that will work with the woke:  refusing to self identify as "white" because I know my ethnicity too, and prefer to identify that way?  With the world focused on this war of white people, and making the distinctions between "Russians" and "Ukrainians", maybe we can go back to identifying the "White" monolith by our ethnic country of origin, if we can trace it, appended by -American, as the Black immigrants -- Nigerian-American; Ugandan-Americans -- are also able to do?

Times change.  Our words should change too.  Less outside labeling, please, especially when done for deliberately divisive purposes, anticipating the political battles royale likely to come...
